Job Description

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Assistant based in Hosur, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technicians, receptionists, phlebotomists, and support staff. - Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records. - Handle joining formalities including document collection, ID creation, and induction to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. - Verify overtime, night shift, and incentives for approval. In terms of Employee Engagement & Welfare, you will be expected to: - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as festivals and health awareness programs. - Maintain grievance redressal records and escalate issues to the HR Manager when necessary. - Support welfare initiatives like uniform distribution, food allowances, or hostel facility management. Your responsibilities regarding Compliance & Documentation will include: - Maintaining employee personal files containing ID, certificates, medical fitness reports, and offer/appointment letters. - Tracking statutory compliance support for ESI, PF, and Professional Tax. - Assisting in renewing staff medical checkups, insurance, and training certifications. For Training & Development, you will need to: - Coordinate internal training sessions covering lab protocols, safety training, and soft skills. - Keep records of training attendance and feedback. - Identify training needs in consultation with seniors. In Performance & Reporting, you will: - Support the HR Manager in collecting performance management data. - Maintain probation and appraisal due-date trackers. - Prepare monthly HR reports including attrition rates, headcount, and leave summaries. Regarding the Exit Process, you will be responsible for: - Assisting with exit interviews, clearance formalities, and reliving documentation. - Maintaining employee turnover data and submitting it to the HR Manager.
