Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO (on-page & off-page), managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), keyword optimization, backlink strategies, and WordPress. Experience with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Perform on-page SEO including keyword updates, meta tags, internal linking, and content optimization.

Execute off-page SEO strategies such as link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and backlink analysis.

Monitor and improve keyword rankings and site performance.

Ads Management:

Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.

Track ad performance, optimize campaigns, and report ROI metrics.

Website & Audits:

Conduct regular website audits to identify technical and content-related issues.

Prepare detailed SEO audit reports and performance reviews.

Collaborate with developers/designers for implementation.

Content & Website Management:

Update website content using WordPress.

Ensure proper keyword placement and SEO optimization in content.

Design & Branding (Added Advantage):

Create social media creatives, banners, and basic design content using Canva or similar tools.

Coordinate with the design team for visual content needs.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding of SEO (on-page & off-page).

Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Proficiency in preparing audit reports and keyword analysis.

Good written communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Canva or basic graphic design tools.

Basic HTML knowledge.

Email marketing tools and automation (optional).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 3–6 months internship experience in digital marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).

Portfolio or proof of past work is an added advantage.
