Position : Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

Location : Andheri, MIDC,Mumbai

Position Objective : To assist with and support KARCO’s digital marketing work

Term of Employment: Full-time

Salary: Salary is not a constrain for right candidate.

Experience : Min 1 to 3 Years

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• · Assist Marketing Department in a variety of matters
• · Assist with managing social media platforms
• · Build and manage e-mail marketing campaigns based on the marketing plan and strategies
• · Help create social media content
• · Help develop and execute marketing plans for products/services
• · Attend and participate in brainstorming sessions
• · Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
• · Active involvement in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
• · Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attend networking events
• Skill Set required:
• · Social Media Marketing on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter & Facebook
• · Developing Marketing Posters, Slider videos, and writing captions.
• · Designing email campaigns EDM (including newsletters) according to company promotional requirements using tools
• · Content Development - writing articles for LinkedIn, press releases and introduction emails
• · Lead Generation - Finding potential leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, Email hunter tools and continuously develop the contact list.
• · SEO - Blogs, On Page/off Page optimization,
• · Conducting Webinars, Flyers and Brochures
• · Hands on experience in using marketing tools such as Canva, Video Editor, Photo Editor, Power pointpresentations, MS Office, etc
• Qualification:
• [Preferred from Marine/Shipping Background]
• · Any Graduate
• · Professional degree in a related field
• · Certification in Digital Marketing
• · Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing & SEO related activities
• · Good written and verbal communication skills in English (in Hindi also preferred)
• · Proven excellent project execution, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
• · Proven ability to conduct and analyse marketing research
• · Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• · Proven ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Preferred Knowledge:

• · Google Analytics
• · SEO, SEM, and SMM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
