Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services online. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging content and landing pages
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence and engagement
• Manage email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, tools, and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
• Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications are a plus
