Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our online marketing activities for real estate projects. The candidate will assist in generating leads, improving brand visibility, and managing digital platforms through various online marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create basic content for posts, ads, banners, and project promotions
• Run and monitor Google Ads & Meta Ads (lead generation campaigns)
• Coordinate with sales team to track and follow up on digital leads
• Support SEO activities like keyword research, meta tags, and content updates
• Track daily/weekly campaign performance and prepare simple reports
• Handle website updates and landing pages (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends in real estate

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online ads
• Understanding of lead generation and CRM basics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva / design tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in real estate digital marketing

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• Basic SEO/SEM understanding
• Experience in real estate or similar industry is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
