Job Role:

• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns.

• Establish and maintain open, effective channels of communication with each client to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

• Coordinate, allocate, and manage internal resources for optimal execution of all projects.

• Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, including ideation and strategy development.

• Collaborate closely with different department heads to ensure quality service delivery and internal approvals.

• Oversee project execution to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

• Generate budgetary estimates and secure budgetary approvals from clients.

• Respond to and conclude client communications, including emails, in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain thorough documentation and records for all client interactions and projects.

• Create compelling presentations for pitches, including ideas, campaigns, and concepts.

• Conduct daily hygiene checks on all campaigns and projects to ensure quality and consistency.

• Submit weekly brand performance reports to clients.

• Perform competitor analysis and provide regular reports to clients and internally.

• Measure and report on the performance of all projects, including those on retainer and project basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience within industry

• Must be a graduate

• Understanding of all things advertising including traditional, digital and experiential

• Excellent communication, presentation skills and servicing skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strategic thinker with action in mind

• Should have great command on written and verbal English
