who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a

with our

People- Centre of Excellence (CoE)

team — giving you hands-on exposure to

onboarding, induction, employee engagement

and

daily HR operations Processes

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
Coordinate and assist with new hire inductions and documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Provide day-to-day operational support across HR functions
Contribute ideas to make HR processes more efficient and engaging
Assist with new joiner surveys and onboarding MIS tracking

🧩 What We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — knowledge of AI tools is a plus!
Excellent organization and time management abilities
A self-starter with a learning mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
