Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive at USM, your role involves setting and monitoring sales targets, identifying potential customers, developing strong client relationships, and supervising the account executives and representatives team to ensure deadlines are met. You will act as a liaison between clients and account executives, resolve issues efficiently, negotiate contracts, and support the sales team and clients with new features and product launches. Your responsibilities also include setting reasonable sales quotas, developing effective account plans, identifying customer needs, and creating solid sales proposals to drive product and service sales. Collecting customer feedback to enhance customer engagement will be a key part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set and monitor sales targets. - Identify potential customers and develop approach strategies. - Develop strong and long-term client relationships. - Act as a liaison between clients and account executives. - Supervise the account executives and representatives team to ensure deadlines are met. - Resolve issues and handle complaints promptly. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements. - Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches. - Gather feedback and propose ways to increase customer engagement. - Set reasonable sales quotas for the sales team. - Develop and implement effective account plans to retain existing customers. - Identify customer needs and communicate how company products and services fulfill those needs. - Develop solid sales proposals to persuade potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services. - Collect customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as a Senior account executive. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field. - Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). - Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. - Excellent communication and team management skills. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field. - Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Exceptional customer service skills.,
