Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance. Candidates with less or more experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of day-to-day accounting operations and statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and PF/ESI. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vouchers, invoices, and petty cash.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns on time.
• Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met accurately.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and cost control activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (strictly within this range).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
