About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Web Designer to manage and enhance our real estate company website. Using a pre-selected template design, the role will focus on customizing layouts, keeping property details updated, and ensuring the site delivers a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and customize the website using the approved template.
• Upload new property listings, images, and promotional banners on a regular basis.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, responsive design and smooth navigation.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing for campaigns and updates.
• Monitor site performance, fix issues, and ensure security/backups

Skills & Experience Required:

• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with real estate or property-focused websites.
• Skills in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
