Job Title: Jr. Accountant

Role Summary

This role combines travel coordination with entry-level accounting support. The Jr. Accountant will manage travel bookings and for staff, while assisting the finance team with GST, TDS, stock management, and maintaining vendor and invoice records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Travel & Bookings

• Book flights, trains, buses, and hotels for staff as per the company’s travel policy.
• Prepare and share travel itineraries, tickets, and expense guidelines.
• Liaise with travel agents and negotiate rates when required.
• Reconcile travel bills and process travel advances/reimbursements.

2. Accounting & Compliance Support

• Assist in calculating TDS for vendor payments and maintaining TDS records.
• Support GST documentation, including collecting GST invoices and assisting in return preparation.
• Maintain well-organized physical and digital records for audits.

3. Administrative Tasks

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding travel requirements.
• Handle basic office administrative duties as needed.

4. Stock Handling

• Assist with stock management and related documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate; 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of GST & TDS; willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and vendor coordination etiquette.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work from the Banjara Hills office.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills).
