Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Zoho Books. Tally marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.) and ensure accuracy in sales records. Perform payment reconciliation across banks, payment gateways, and marketplaces. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices (PIs), Credit Notes (CNs), and Debit Notes (DNs). Maintain and update accounting records, files, and ledgers systematically. Coordinate with vendors for payments, invoices, and reconciliations. Support monthly and yearly closing activities. Assist in preparing financial data for audits and reporting. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in accounting (experience in Zoho Books is mandatory). Knowledge of marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Website, etc.). Strong skills in reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and documentation. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic compliance will be an added advantage. Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
