Job Title - Junior Accountant

Location - Rakhial, Ahmedabad

Salary Range - ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of accounting entries, bookkeeping, compliance processes, and strong analytical as well as communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

Record and process sales, purchases, journal, bank, and petty cash entries.

Manage invoice processing (E-invoicing) and e-way bill generation.

Handle sales return and purchase return entries.

Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare and analyze financial data for reporting.

Communicate effectively via email (Gmail) with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of accounting principles and entries.

Strong skills in Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Good command of English (written & spoken).

Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bill is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping.

Experienced with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
