We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, journals, and invoices Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience (1–3 years) in accounting or a similar role Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP) Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: Hindi & English (Required) Work Location: In person
