Overview:

The Trainer will be responsible for imparting Journalism and Creative Writing training to school students aged 11–14 years, while also acting as a key liaison between client schools and internal support teams. This role involves training, coordination, and client relationship management to ensure the smooth execution of Scribido programs across schools.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging sessions for students on journalism and writing skills, including interview techniques, report writing, article writing, and feature writing.

 • Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Senior Trainer, Client Success Manager, and Sales team to ensure program success and provide daily updates.

 • Content Support: Proofread and assist in content creation as required.

 • Event & Travel Management: Visit schools and attend events or workshops organised by the company across Maharashtra.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in journalistic and creative writing.

 • Strong classroom management and presentation abilities.

 • Effective coordination, organizational, and managerial skills.

 • Patient, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

 • Basic aptitude and problem-solving skills.

 • Proficient in Google Drive, Excel, and Word.

 • Willingness to travel within Maharashtra for training sessions and events.
