Adequate working experience with BDD methodology, its application and automation development using Java/ Cucumber or .net/Specflow tools Exposure to test and development management tools Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, Jenkins and GIT Experience of Functional, Integration and automation testing Experience working with at least 2 of the following technologies: Microsoft stack, SQL Server, .Net, Java and C# Experience working with DevOps CI/CD pipelines Excellent knowledge and experience working with Triangle Test automation tool for testing different energy trading and risk management functionalities Excellent knowledge on various automation testing techniques for Service level and API automation using BDD. Working within a defined Agile Kanban and/or Scrum frameworks and environment Hands on expertise on creating project test strategy for implementing Endur in Power trading area. Coordinate between Scrum Master, Product owner and other team members to understand and articulate business requirement and convert them into project test scenarios. Maintaining backlogs, tasks, test reports and attending daily stand-ups Creating and executing different types of functional test scenarios Azure DevOps tool Devising and creation of comprehensive test scenarios with appropriate coverage compliancy Ensuring best testing practices are applied for testing the application under test Specification and creation of test data Managing defects & escalations via daily defect Triage process Lead a testing team of Functional and automation testers for a big transformation program in power trading area.
