Key Roles & Responsibilities: Must have handled post offer engagement activities - Joining formalities document process for new joiners, Induction and Orientation. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, and documentation. Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS platforms. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high volumes with accuracy.
