Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer | SEO | Web Developer at Rocky Mountain Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., located in Ludhiana. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided. The candidate will be responsible for creating graphic designs, logo designs, and branding materials, as well as working on SEO strategies and web development tasks. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics, developing SEO-friendly content, and developing web solutions to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills
• Branding and Typography skills
• Experience with SEO strategies and web development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus

1. Graphic Designer(Fresher & Experienced)

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals for branding, web, and social media.
• Design marketing materials, infographics, and ad creatives.
• Collaborate with the development and SEO teams to align design with campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• proven experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity, typography, and layout skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work.

2. SEO Specialist (Fresher and Experienced)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Manage link-building campaigns and monitor website performance.
• Provide monthly SEO reports with insights and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• hands-on SEO experience (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and modern SEO practices (2025 standards).
• Proven track record of ranking websites and driving organic traffic.

3. Web Developer (Experienced)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
• Work with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or other frameworks as needed).
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital solutions.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, front-end, and back-end development.
• Familiarity with API integration, CMS customization, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and deliver high-quality code.
