Role & responsibilities

Application Support Analyst Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)

Business Analyst capabilities to manage and enhance Retail Finance (RF) business applications
Ensure smooth daily IT and Business operations, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvements across digital lending platforms
Application Support & Production Issue Management
Monitor and resolve daily production issues across RF application
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in system analysis, evaluation, and troubleshooting
