Job Description: GMR Varanasi - Centre for Empowerment & Livelihoods is seeking a dedicated and skilled Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Trainer to train and mentor youth (Aged 18-30) from underprivileged backgrounds. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with the following. · He/she will be the trainer for interactive training sessions on refrigeration and air-conditioning principles, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. · Develop course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning. · Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees. · Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through evaluations and feedback sessions. · Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities. · Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules. · Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes. · Support in mobilizing candidates and engaging with community outreach programs to encourage enrollment. · Also, he/ she will be responsible for PMKVY scheme related works at the center level.
