Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure accurate stock records and valuations. Reconciliation: Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting and tax laws and regulations. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required. Zoho Book knowledge (Preferred) Export knowledge (Preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 to 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or higher. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
