Requirements STP Supervisor Responsibilities (Sewage Treatment Plant) 1. Operations Management Monitor and control sewage treatment processes (aeration, sedimentation, sludge handling). Supervise start-up, shutdown, and maintenance of pumps, blowers, and other plant equipment. Ensure proper operation of biological and chemical treatment stages. 2.
