To audit the closure status of TF5 (Unsafe conditions) including SIP TF5 (Unsafe conditions), SMAT and EvEx of all the functions in the shopfloor, prepare the report and circulate to all concerned. 6. If any TF4 (Near Miss Incident) is reported by the concerned department, investigate and send the details to the respective EHS Incharge of the department. 7. To support in issuing work permits where EHS team’s authorization is required & Observe the activities where work permits have been issued for compliance to the work permit requirements. 8.
