Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (Masters preferred) or minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in multifamily property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple regions. Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering operational and financial success across diverse markets. Deep understanding of multifamily operations, budgeting, maintenance, marketing, and capital planning. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Highly proficient in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and advanced Excel skills. Ability to travel regularly as needed.
