Role Overview: You will be taking on a full-time on-site role as the Head of Formulations R&D in OSD Pharma located in Roorkee. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee research and development projects, lead a team of scientists, and ensure successful formulation of oral solid dosage pharmaceuticals. Your daily tasks will include conducting research, analyzing data, managing projects, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
