Role Overview You will be taking on the role of Head of Formulations R&D in OSD Pharma, based in Roorkee. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing research and development projects, leading a team of scientists, and ensuring the successful formulation of oral solid dosage pharmaceuticals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting research, analyzing data, managing projects, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities - Oversee research and development projects related to oral solid dosage pharmaceuticals - Manage a team of scientists, providing guidance and direction for successful project completion - Conduct research and data analysis to support formulation development - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of R&D projects with organizational goals Qualifications Required - Strong analytical skills to support research and development activities - Extensive experience in R&D and research processes - Proficiency in project management to effectively lead formulation projects - Team management skills to guide and support scientists in the team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration - Ability to work independently and lead a team towards project success - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field to support technical knowledge needed for the role,
