Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scientific Service Manager (Medical Devices) located in Chennai. The Scientific Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing technical support teams, and liaising with clients. Other tasks include conducting performance evaluations, developing training programs, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve service delivery.

• Expertise in Medical Device operations and compliance standards
• Experience in technical support management and team leadership
• Strong skills in client liaison and relationship management
• Proficiency in performance evaluations and strategic planning
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus
