Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Formulations R&D in OSD Pharma located in Roorkee. The Head of Formulations R&D will be responsible for overseeing research and development projects, managing a team of scientists, and ensuring the successful formulation of oral solid dosage pharmaceuticals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, performing data analysis, managing projects, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
