CCTV Maintenance Regular monitoring and maintenance of all CCTV systems across: Central Kitchen All cafe Cheese Factory Le Colonial Suite All Café de Pondicherry outlets Ensure timely backup of CCTV footage as per policy. Troubleshoot camera connectivity or storage issues. Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements. 2. POS Support (Petpooja & Wawha) Resolve daily operational issues raised by outlet teams. Coordinate with Petpooja/Wawha support for technical queries or software bugs. Ensure uninterrupted billing and order management system. Provide training to new staff on usage and updates. 3. IT Asset Management Maintain inventory of all IT assets including laptops, desktops, POS devices, printers, etc. Tagging, tracking, and maintaining asset issuance and return records. Monitor asset health and report for upgrades or replacements. 4. Tally Backup Management Schedule and manage daily/weekly Tally backups across finance and accounts team. Coordinate with finance for backup verification and audit requirements. Ensure Tally data is securely stored and retrievable at all times. 5. Network & Connectivity Support Monitor internet connectivity and LAN performance across: Head Office Production Units All Outlet Locations Troubleshoot downtime, router/modem issues, and switch configurations. 6. HR Software & General IT Queries Address login or technical issues with HR software (e.g., attendance, payroll system). Support team members with software installation, email issues, and printer connectivity. Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support if needed. 7. Hardware Maintenance Diagnose and fix issues in computers, printers, barcode scanners, and related devices.
