Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated and self-driven with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry or willingness to quickly acquire it. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
