You will play a key role in connecting our creative production team with clients, agencies, and brands. Your mission? To create opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth for our media and video production services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital and event production segments. Build and maintain relationships with marketing heads, agencies, and production partners. Represent the company confidently during client meetings, pitches, and presentations. Travel (up to 50%) to meet clients, networking events, and brand meetings. Coordinate between clients and the internal creative/production team to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing decks as needed. Track leads, maintain CRM entries, and prepare regular business reports. Stay informed about the latest trends in advertising, filmmaking, and content marketing. Required Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil (mandatory). Smart, well-groomed , and confident personality. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Email, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) . Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about building a career in media & business development. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours (when shoots or events demand). Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
