Job Description

We’re now looking for a passionate and detail-driven E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team and help us take our online business to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and update product listings on our website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Create attractive product titles, descriptions, and images that showcase our brand identity.
Track inventory levels, pricing, and product availability.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages with professionalism and warmth.
Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and festive season promotions.
Monitor daily sales reports and performance metrics to help improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital marketing (freshers with passion are welcome too!).
Basic knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and an eye for detail.
Great communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
A creative mindset with a love for fashion and branding.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
