Ø Managing subcontractor’s manpower and adherence of job schedule. Ensuring the smooth work flow, co-ordinating with inter-departments. Sound knowledge on surface preparation, Blasting and painting. Competency in Power tooling, surface preparation, Fuel Oil tank Cleaning, Blasting and Painting. Reading and preparation of BOM as per Project requirement. Exposure on shipyard safety and quality norms. Work experience on-board Naval ships and Experience in similar field execution works – Preferred Adept in handling projects in process improvements and quality related activities involving Resource planning, in- process inspection and Co-ordination with internal and external department.
