Role & responsibilities

MAINTENANCE

- To conduct Preventive Maintenance as per Yearly Calendar

- To allocate responsibility of individual fitter for preventive maintenance

- To maintain machine history card for maintenance and breakdown

- To attend the break down.

- To close breakdown , its analysis to ensure prevention in future

- To conduct weekly meeting regarding progress of maintenance.

- To prepare daily consumption of electricity & fuel

- To monitor the preventive of D G Sets.

SPARE PARTS

- To update the spare parts list of Machine, Belts Bearings Electrical, Nut and Bolts.

- To standardized the spare parts list

- To prepare monthly indent.

- To get the material issued from stores.

- To certify Quality of incoming spare parts.

- To keep liaison with outside contractors.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE

- To conduct maintenance So as to give proper light & water at the required place

- To maintain equipment like water cooler, Coolers, Air Conditioner, UPS, etc.

- To do fabrication related maintenance for building.

DEVELOPMENT

- To suggest & implement ways to improve working of machine (for quality & productivity).

- To suggest ways to reduced power consumption.
