Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) in operations management within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, production planning, and inventory management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
