Job Role: Academic Counselor – (Business Development, Sales & Student Enrollment)

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with online inquiries and walk-ins to understand students' educational and career goals.

Provide accurate information about our courses, eligibility, and career outcomes.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp etc.

Convert inquiries into enrollments by guiding them through the decision-making process.

Meet monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and student data using CRM tools.

Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and outreach events as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Education/Marketing/Communication preferred).

1–3 years experience in academic counseling, telesales, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Malayalam is preferred.

Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Familiarity with student career needs, especially in higher education or professional courses.

Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
