As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for organizing, confirming, and processing guest check-ins and check-outs with the ability to adapt to any changes that may arise. You will provide guests with detailed room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and recommendations for local interests to enhance their stay experience. In this role, you will be required to run daily reports and review them to identify any important information that needs to be communicated to the next shift staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing cashier and closing reports meticulously, including counting the bank securely at the end of each shift. Handling guest requests such as accepting and recording wake-up calls and ensuring they are promptly delivered to the appropriate department will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to communicate any emergencies, lost items, or theft incidents to the security staff or relevant authorities in a timely manner. As a Guest Service Agent, you will maintain contingency lists for emergency situations and ensure that any necessary messages are communicated effectively to the relevant parties. Your role will involve working in shifts, including day, morning, night, and rotational shifts as needed.
