Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Faculty

As a faculty member, you'll teach core and advanced digital marketing concepts, mentor students on live projects, and help them build real skills that employers and clients are looking for. You’ll also help shape our curriculum, keeping it aligned with the latest industry trends, especially in AI-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical sessions on digital marketing topics
• Develop and update curriculum and lesson plans
• Guide students through hands-on projects and real-world simulations
• Evaluate student performance and provide actionable feedback
• Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and AI technologies
• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment
• Collaborate with other faculty and the academic team to maintain high training standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Strong knowledge and experience in:

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• SMM (Social Media Marketing)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Prompt Engineering for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
• Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
• Digital Strategy & Funnel Building
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

✔ Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior & Market Research skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Passion for teaching, mentoring, and hands-on training

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
