Human Resource Operations: • Manage full employee end to end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, separation, and full & final settlements. • Draft and issue HR documentation: offer letters, promotion letters, relieving certificates. • Administer payroll inputs and statutory compliance: PF, ESI, TDS etc • Track attendance, leaves, and hiring via HRMS/ERP tools (e.g., PsyHire). • Drive employee engagement, culture building events, performance appraisals, succession planning, and team promotions. • Conduct exit interviews, attrition analysis, and execute retention strategies and HR audits. • Renew & implement new company policies, handle disciplinary actions, POSH & labor law compliance. • Apprenticeship management, Stipend via DBT monitoring & end of year certification programs. 2.
