Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of interior design projects. This role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, contractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional interior spaces. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities related to the interior construction and installation, ensuring work progresses according to the approved design, schedule, and budget. Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel. Provide guidance and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Quality Control: Ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used on-site, conducting regular inspections to confirm compliance with design drawings and specifications. Schedule Management: Develop, implement, and adjust construction schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. Address any delays or disruptions promptly. Budget Monitoring: Track project expenses, ensuring that costs are within the allocated budget. Identify any discrepancies or cost-saving opportunities. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress, manage expectations, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and guidelines on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Monitor and report any safety violations. Reporting: Provide regular reports to project managers on project progress, issues, and milestones. Document any changes in scope, timeline, or budget. Problem-Solving: Identify any issues or challenges during construction and proactively work to resolve them with minimal disruption to the project. Material and Resource Coordination: Coordinate deliveries of materials, fixtures, and furnishings to ensure the timely arrival and placement of items on-site. Final Handover: Ensure the project is completed to the clients satisfaction, including conducting final walkthroughs, addressing punch list items, and preparing for handover. Qualifications: Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction projects. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, interior materials, finishes, and industry best practices. Software Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp). Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once High attention to detail and quality assurance Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools Knowledge of construction safety protocols Ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines

Job Title: HR Manager cum Admin Location: New Delhi Company: V-Serve Design Experience: 3–6 years (HR/Admin experience in construction, interiors, or related industry preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Director / EA to Director Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR): Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Draft JDs, offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols. Maintain attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and other employee data. Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and performance tracking. Coordinate for appraisals, increment letters, and exit formalities. Liaison with consultants and contractors for manpower support. Admin Responsibilities: Oversee daily office administration, coordination with vendors, and housekeeping. Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities, IT support, stationery, and purchases. Support project documentation, file management, and courier/logistics. Coordinate with accounts, HR, and site teams for documentation and operational follow-ups. Manage travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and event planning as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and Admin roles. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and documentation. Good interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi & English).
