Role & responsibilities We are looking for candidate on below criteria at our Nalagarh Plant Himachal Pradesh location. Candidate must have completed Pharma, M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry. Experience of regulatory industry would be preferred. Candidate should have 1-3 years of working experience Preferred candidate profile Responsible for Line clearance in Warehouse and Production area during dispensing, MFG, Filling and Packing & review of log books and status label of each equipments before start of activity. Responsible to carry out in-process checks as per respective Batch Production Record in Manufacturing, packing and warehouse. To ensure that the manufacturing and packing operations are carried out as per the instructions given in the Batch Production Record. Responsible for collection of in-process samples, FP sample, control samples, validation & stability samples. Responsible to make SAP entries, Release of inspection lot of SFG & FG, Physical sampling confirmation, Approval of Batch Production Records for printing and additional page issuance. Responsible for online review of Batch Production record and make entry of data required for trending in maintained excel sheet for preparation of APQR. Summary of The Job The Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and investment projects associated with a Greenfield/Brownfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup. This role involves strategizing, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with budgetary and regulatory requirements while supporting project timelines and goals. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for equipment, construction services, and materials. Place on time Purchase Orders and collaborate with Internal Purchase committee for approvals Manage vendor performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability. Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement requirements for engineering, construction, and commissioning phases. Evaluate bids and ensure competitive pricing for CapEx-related expenditures. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Provide detailed reports on procurement activities to senior management.

Role & responsibilities : Timely finalization of time and yield standards in discussion it Plant team Inundation of annual standard batch costing as per approved time and yield standards, approved Plant budgets and approved Purchase budgets ensuring accurate standard product costing to estimate the annual product cost and giving correct numbers to the management. Weekly batch time and yield report variance report and adherence to weekly time and yield standards and reasons for variances Weekly batch costing report- Variance analysis for standard vs actual cost variance - Variance analysis for negative batches. Discuss with Plant team to eliminate the variances Be the lead for the budgeting and Latest Estimates for Plant costings and overheads and tracking the actual v/s budgets v/s LE SKU level cost analysis - Month to Month cost comparison and analysis and to provide month on month cost trend to check cost trends and find the reason for variances and report to management Material inflation report- Reconciliation of item level batch costing on monthly basis. To check material purchase rate actual vs budgeted and analyze reason for variances for increase or decrease than budgeted New product COGS computation based on the standards and BOM available and to provide cost for new products that are to be shared with internal stakeholders.
