Assist in creating financial models for M&A transactions, including cash flow and pro forma statements. Work with cross-functional teams for seamless post-acquisition integration. Treasury & Reporting Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. Monitor interest rates, forex, and market trends to reduce financial risk. Prepare treasury reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support fundraising, debt structuring, and treasury process automation. Help in scenario analysis to support strategic decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, or related areas. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial tools, and reporting software.
