Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily follow-ups with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails *Convert potential leads *Maintain and update CRM records regularly *Coordinate with trainers and management for scheduling and onboarding *Assist in handling inquiries through social media and other platforms *Generate ideas and strategies to improve overall sales performance Requirements: *Must be based in India *Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
