1. To be responsible for conducting preliminary survey of the site and identify the peculiarities of the place for better planning of work. 2. Followup store in charge to arrange materials at site on time, verifying records of material supplied-utilized, and take necessary actions to reduce wastage 14. Provide Weekly MR(every Thursday), monthly MR(by 25th of previous month), machinery & surveyor requests (every Thursday), weekly debrief(planning for next week) to HO on time 15. Study and compare drawings, BOQ- check for any discrepancies and inform PC well in advance with details via mail. Any extra items found shall be reported weekly by saturday 16. Coordinate and support with Auditors/GM/PC in clearing site audit points/quality issues found at site. Auditors will record the issues found at site in NC book. All quality points at site shall be attended with subcontractor labours/company labours. Any documentation points shall be attended immediately 17. Any comments/modifications/suggestions given by client/consultant shall be recorded in site order book with signature from concerned party 18. Updation/verification of documents like extra item register, machinery register, MR book, cube register, drawing register, color code, company labour register, JMR book, controlled copy/ obsolete drawing file, DPR file, BBS etc 19. Daily status reporting to PC via prescribed format 20. Ensure Daily Joint measurement is taken with client/subcontractor and ensure recording in JMR book/measurement book. Verify the RABill/sub bill entries. Customer Relations 21. To attend meetings with customers and customer representatives periodically together with Project Coordinator. 22. To handle customers on their site visit and ensure customer awareness of work done. 23. To maintain excellent relationship with customers/ customer representatives and address their needs properly. 24. Maintain client/consultant checklist, approval procedures, or any client related documentations Measurement 25. To verify and ensure the details of M- book such as quantity etc. shall be send to Project Coordinator in time. 26. To verify sub contractors turnover & productivity and send to Project Coordinator. Maintenance 27. To be responsible for monitoring of preventive maintenance of all equipments, machines and tools in coordination with equipment in charge. 28. To act as the custodian of all machines, materials, tools and equipments like tower crane, bob cat, mixer machines, vibrators, generators etc. 29. To verify diesel log book for machines and responsible for timely oil change of all machines. 30. To conduct break down maintenance in coordination with centre stores. 31. To ensure breakdown register is properly maintained. Administration 32. To ensure required e- mail correspondence with Head Office is done. 33. To monitor non conformities in the NCR and take corrective action. 34. To ensure attendance of staff/labour is send to HR daily. 35. To verify salary statement including over time and leave of workers daily and weekly and ensure it is send to HR. 36. To handle all grievances of employees and report any major grievances to top management and HR. 37. To approve loading/ unloading and labour charges of work done at sites. 38. To ensure that overtime benefits are not misused. 39. To ensure optimum use of material and labour. 40. To conduct weekly meetings to monitor work in progress and make necessary changes in project schedule with approval of Project Coordinator and technical head. 41. To follow excellent housekeeping practices at site. 42. SSE should be always at site to monitor the execution work 43. He/she should ensure the line and level, quality ,safety and housekeeping at site. 44. All the checklist should be updated and make sure that registers and files are upto dated and submitted on time 45. Key mile stones including monthly ,weekly and daily targets should be achieved 46. For acheieving the targets ,if its needed extra work after regular time should planned and coordinated as well 47. To report weekly material usage, balance stock and turn over to planning department. Accounting 48. To verify all expenses such as payment of workers, emergency local purchases etc. and ensure proper maintenance of files and supporting vouchers. 49. To ensure payments from client are received as per the prepared schedule. Stores 50. To be responsible for approving MR. 51. To verify all activities related to material issue and receipt (GRN) are proper. 52. To plan material requirement and avoid delay in procuring materials. 53. To be responsible for minimizing wastage like binding wire, nails etc. 54. To ensure that joineries and other finishing materials are available at the right time. 55. To maintain ROL and MSL for critical items and reduce stock at project ending. 56. To coordinate damage items logistics to stores.
