We are looking for experienced professionals in Mortgage Processing and Underwriting who are ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us. Key Responsibilities Mortgage Processor Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to gather required information. Order and track appraisals, credit reports, title, VOEs, and other documentation. Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage regulations and company policies. Maintain pipeline management and timely loan file submission. Mortgage Underwriter Review and analyze credit, income, asset, and collateral documents. Assess borrower eligibility in line with U.S. agency and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA). Issue underwriting decisions (Approve, Suspense, Deny) with clear conditions. Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with company, investor, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with processors and loan officers to resolve file conditions. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 + years of experience in U.S. Mortgage Processing and/or Underwriting. Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English). Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
