Urgent Hiring for UI / UX Designer Location :- Kolkata, Jyangra Job Summary: Nirnayan is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, websites, mobile application, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business goals. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and visual design. Responsibilities: 1. User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze research data to identify key insights and opportunities. 2. Information Architecture & Wireframing : Develop clear and logical information architecture, user flows, and wireframes to define the structure and functionality of our digital products. 3*. Prototyping*: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to ejectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on prototypes based on feedback and testing results. 4*. Visual Design*: Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Create UI elements, style guides, and design specifications. 5*. Interaction Design*: Define and document user interactions and micro interactions to enhance usability and engagement. 6. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product strategy. EƯectively communicate design rationale and present design solutions. 7. Usability Testing & Iteration : Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience. 8. Staying Current : Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge. 9. Design Systems : Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products. 10. Documentation : Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, or any specification. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design abilities across web and/or mobile applications. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG). Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Understanding of basic front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience designing for specific industries (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare).
