Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android), web applications, and Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in automation using Selenium with Java, along with a solid foundation in manual testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and Windows desktop platforms. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable and robust test automation framework. Identify, document, and track bugs to closure using JIRA or equivalent defect management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and product to ensure high-quality deliverables. Automate repetitive and high-value manual test scenarios to improve efficiency and coverage. Execute manual test cases when automation is not feasible and ensure all critical paths are validated. Required Skills: 2–3 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java. Solid understanding of manual testing techniques across mobile, web, and desktop applications. Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail or equivalent. Experience in bug tracking and lifecycle management using JIRA. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Proficiency in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Exposure to Appium or other mobile automation frameworks is a plus.
