Job Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to promote and sell business loan products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan sales (personal loan, home loan, business loan, or related products), strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets. This is a performance-driven role offering a fixed salary with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for business loans.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and terms to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and credit teams for smooth loan processing.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in loan sales (business loan, personal loan, home loan, or credit card).
• Core Skills:
• Strong communication and convincing ability.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on experience).
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
