Key Responsibilities: Field & Demo Support: Scout suitable fields for demonstration, video shoots, and photo-shoots. Coordinate and ensure demo implements are field-ready. Conduct hands-on demonstrations of implements with precision and clarity. Technical Operations: Attach and detach implements for performance and compatibility checks. Carry out regular servicing and maintenance of implements. Conduct field visits for implement testing and validation. Training & Content Creation: Deliver technical training to internal teams. Create easy-to-follow DIY service and maintenance videos for end users. Data & Documentation: Maintain and update MIS for service-related concerns, warranty claims, OPMs, Parts Catalogue, and SPC Portal. Prepare and submit raw data for Parts Catalogue development. Ensure Operator Manuals are updated and available. Update APNs (Approved Part Numbers) in Parts Catalogue and SPC Portal. Quality & Verification: Perform physical parts verification at SPD (Spare Parts Depot). Ensure parts catalog accuracy and consistency with on-ground inventory. Qualifications & Skills: Strong understanding of farm implements and tractor-implement combinations. Ability to work independently in field environments. Proficient in MS Excel and digital documentation platforms (MIS, SPC Portals). Excellent communication and training skills. Video content creation skills (basic editing knowledge preferred)
