Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives focused on high-ticket sales. Set weekly/monthly targets and monitor performance using KPIs. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales data analysis. Excellent communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills. Ownership mindset with ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
